Since HIV/AIDS was first documented in 1981, more than 25 million people have died of AIDS-related deaths. Today, the world has the tools, knowledge and resources to fulfill the promise of the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) to halt or reverse the spread of HIV/AIDS by 2015. But we need your help!
